About Us
Sponge English provides 1-on-1 online classes for Chinese students aged 5-14 using RAZ books.
Our program focuses on helping students develop strong reading comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills through engaging and supportive lessons.
Key Responsibilities
-Teach engaging reading lessons using RAZ books
-Help students improve the reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
-Monitor student progress and provide clear and constructive feedback
-Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve the program
Qualifications
-Full-time teachers ONLY
-Neutral American Accent
-Teaching experience or a graduate from a reputable university
-Must have or be willing to obtain a TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
-Available during 8:00 AM -12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (China Time)
-Able to teach 6 days per week, approximately 6 teaching hours per day
