What are we looking for?
Kou Yu Mo Fang Talklab is looking for experienced teachers who have a college degree ，more than 2 years teaching experience，who love working with Global students. Especially knowing how to teach power up, kid's box, THINK，KET and PET.All of our teachers make learning fun, and bring excitement and energy to every lesson in our digital classrooms!
What are the basic requirements?
Basic Qualifications
1.A college degree，
2.Proficiency in speaking the English language with a neutral accent
3. A valid diploma or proof of graduation, NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
4. Experience in teaching English to young learners （3-16）or foreigners (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
5. A teaching certificate like TESOL, TEFL, etc. or a professional teacher’s license is preferred.
Schedule
Availability to teach during peak hours (each lesson lasts 25 minutes):
5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Beijing Time (weekdays: Mondays to Fridays)
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Beijing Time (weekends: Saturdays to Sundays)
Technical Requirements（Necessary）
1. A desktop or laptop
Operating System: Windows 10 and above
CPU: Intel Core i3 8th gen and above / i5 to i7 5th gen and up / AMD Ryzen
Memory: 8GB of RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space available
Internet: Wired / 25 MBPS
2. A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
3. A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution)
Teaching Environment
A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home with a plain white background
Teachers are required to wear formal attire and are not allowed to wear pajamas for teaching

Large number of students (good booking rate and potential for setting regular students in the long term)
Both part-time and full-time positions are available
High booking rate (Students can book your flexible hours, and our professional team will also arrange students to fill in your open schedule)
Highest buying rate for the month bonus: $10
Highest buying rate for three consecutive months bonus: $20
