Position: Global Speaking Coach (GSC) Employment

Course: General English About the Role We are looking for passionate and engaging Global Speaking Coaches (GSCs) to teach adult learners in a structured online environment. As a GSC, your main goal is to help students improve their speaking confidence, fluency, and real-life communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Teach General English lessons to adult Chinese students
• Focus on speaking, pronunciation, and daily communication
• Utlize abundant teaching materials covering daily, business and interview senarios
• Encourage student participation and confidence
• Provide simple feedback during the lesson (no more work after the lesson!)

Salary & Benefits
• Rate: $2.40 – $3 USD/hour

Schedule
• Full-time position
• 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Must be available during peak hours (minimum 3 hours/day)
Requirements
• Good English communication skills (clear and confident speaking)
• Experience teaching adults is a plus
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
• Stable internet connection and quiet teaching environment
• Committed to a full-time schedule
