2. Salary & Benefits
 
Pay rate: $1 – $2 per 25-minute class
Trial class (first session with a new student): $0.5 per class; all subsequent classes are paid at the standard rate
 
 
3. Teaching Content
 
You will deliver a diverse portfolio of courses, including textbook-aligned lessons, English picture book classes, animation-aided sessions, and Cambridge exam preparation courses. You will use the full set of courseware provided by the platform to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for every class.
 
4. Teaching Mode & Class Format
 
100% one-on-one instruction, with each class running for 25 minutes.
 
5. Job Requirements
 
Native or near-native English proficiency with authentic, natural pronunciation, and strong communication skills to deliver lesson content clearly and effectively.
Genuine passion for education, exceptional patience, and a strong sense of responsibility; ability to tailor your teaching approach to suit learners across different age groups.
Technical Requirements: Stable high-speed internet connection, and a professional teaching setup including a computer, headset, and webcam.
Prior English teaching experience or a valid TEFL/TESOL certification is highly preferred.
