We are currently recruiting online one-on-one English teachers on a long-term basis, with flexible part-time opportunities available. Our lessons are offered in two formats: 25 minutes and 50 minutes. The majority of our students are aged 6–12, with some adult learners as well.
Part‑time: Minimum 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday, within the peak window of 17:00–22:00 (Beijing Time).
1. Teachers are expected to set their availability in advance through our scheduling system. If your schedule changes, please update it promptly to avoid having to cancel or reschedule already-booked lessons.
2. All course materials are provided by the BloomSpeak platform, and every class must be conducted via the ClassIn online classroom.
3. Teachers are required to prepare lessons beforehand, start classes on time, send out class recordings and post-lesson feedback in a timely manner, and keep accurate records of each student's progress.
4. You will also be expected to maintain regular communication with the BloomSpeak academic team to discuss optimal teaching strategies and continuously enhance learning outcomes.
PS: You must attach either a self-introduction video or a teaching demo video to your application. Applications lacking such videos will not be reviewed.

Competitive pay: The platform determines your base rate based on a comprehensive assessment of your academic background, area of specialization, teaching experience, and accent. Please note that the pay rate for trial lessons is the same as for regular classes.
Trial period: There is a one-month probationary period. Upon successful completion, your rate may be adjusted upward based on your overall performance. Teachers who demonstrate consistency and reliability in maintaining their teaching schedule will be given priority when we match students for regular, ongoing bookings.
