The teacher will teach group or small-class online English lessons for young Chinese students based on the company’s standardized curriculum, and improve students’ oral English ability and comprehensive English proficiency through immersive English teaching.
二， Job Requirements
1. Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or other mainstream English-speaking countries, with standard and clear pronunciation without accent.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above. TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or other official English teaching certificates are preferred.
3. Familiar with KTE children’s English teaching mode, understand young learners’ learning characteristics, and be good at interactive, interesting and encouraging classroom teaching.
4. Experienced in online teaching, proficient in using computers, HD cameras and microphones with stable internet, and able to follow fixed class schedules steadily.
5. Strictly follow the company’s teaching standards and scheduling rules. No late arrival, absence, private class adjustment or off-platform tutoring.
三，Job Duties
1. Deliver online lessons strictly according to the KTE curriculum and standardized courseware, ensuring high-quality, complete and well-paced classes.
2. Teach entirely in English, create an immersive language environment, and increase student participation through body language, facial expressions and classroom games.
3. Finish post-class feedback, lesson summaries and student evaluations, and cooperate with Chinese teachers for student follow-up and teaching review.
4. Actively participate in regular teaching training and teaching optimization to improve personal teaching skills and class quality.
5. Maintain the company’s brand image, abide by confidentiality regulations, and shall not disclose course materials, student information or internal teaching systems.
