This is a full-time online IELTS foreign teacher position. The teacher will deliver online courses covering IELTS Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing for teenage and adult test-takers. With standardized IELTS question banks and curriculum systems, teachers help students consolidate language foundation, master exam skills, improve band scores efficiently and achieve ideal IELTS results for overseas study applications.
二，Job Requirements
1. Fluent spoken English and solid grammar knowledge, familiar with British and American English systems.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above with solid IELTS teaching experience. Familiar with the latest IELTS exam trends, band scoring criteria, question patterns and common error points.
3. Proficient in IELTS Speaking and Writing scoring rules, able to accurately correct students’ grammatical errors, logical flaws, sentence structure problems and pronunciation weaknesses.
4. Excellent online teaching skills with strong on-camera presence, clear class rhythm and high interactivity. Adaptable to one-on-one and small-group elite teaching modes.
5. Patient, responsible and detail-oriented. Good at personalized score-improvement teaching, able to customize study plans and continuously track students’ learning progress and band promotion results.
6. Stable internet connection and complete teaching equipment. Able to cooperate with long-term fixed schedules and strictly abide by teaching regulations with no unexcused absence, late arrival or private schedule adjustment.
三，Job Duties
1. Deliver professional online IELTS courses including listening, speaking, reading and writing, covering textbook teaching, real exam analysis, skill training and mock exam evaluation.
2. Provide targeted training for students’ weak points, correct pronunciation, logical expression, sentence structure and grammatical errors, and effectively improve students’ exam abilities and band scores.
3. Complete post-class reports, student assessments and learning records, and cooperate with Chinese teachers and academic teams to support student follow-up and academic review.
4. Keep updated with the latest IELTS question banks, participate in teaching research, and continuously optimize teaching methods and score-improving systems.
5. Maintain professional teacher image and abide by confidentiality rules. Do not disclose teaching materials, question banks, student information and internal teaching systems.
