Job Description:
We are seeking talkative, easy going, careful and responsible online English teachers.
1. Pay Rate:
Regular class (25 minutes): $1-$2 per class
Trial class (the first lesson with a new student): $0.5-$1 per class (full pay applies for subsequent lessons)
2. Teaching Content
Teach kids English enlightenment, daily conversation, reading practice, oral English and other related topics.
3. Student Profile
Students are children aged 4-15 with zero or very basic English proficiency.
4. Class Format
One -on -one online teaching. Each session lasts 25 minutes.
5. Working Hours
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Working hours are 9:00-22:00 (Asia/Shanghai/UTC+8).
Peak teaching hours are 18:00-22:00 (Asia/Shanghai/UTC+8).
You will get corresponding pay for completed classes whether you work part-time or full-time.
We will arrange classes according to your available time, so you do not need to worry about scheduling.Classes are booked via the system.

Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
1.Excellent English proficiency with clear, authentic pronunciation.
2.Possess internationally-recognized English-teaching certification: TEFL, TESOL or CELTA.
Teaching Competencies
1.Must have solid teaching experience with young learners at beginner-level; energetic, engaging teaching style.
2.Deliver highly-interactive lessons. Proactively guide young learners to speak and take part in oral practice; apply differentiated teaching strategies matching each student’s level and learning pace.
3.Present knowledge in a well-organized, easy-to-follow way to help students comprehend and absorb content.
4.Provide targeted error correction and scaffolding, guiding students to produce grammatically correct, complete sentences.
5.Understand common difficulties faced by Chinese young English learners. Balance immersive, highly -engaging classroom atmosphere with measurable learning outcomes.
Attendance & Hardware Requirements
1.Maintain reliable attendance and teaching performance. Avoid frequent unexcused absences or last minute class cancellations.
2.Stable internet connection.
3.Quiet teaching background / environment.
4.Functional headset with microphone.
5.Familiar with operating the ClassIn teaching system.

Job Benefit/Welfare:
1.Monthly bonus: $10 for teachers who complete a minimum of 100 classes, achieve full attendance and receive zero student complaints within the calendar month.
2.Three-consecutive-month highest booking-rate bonus: $16.
3.Additional bonus：$15-$45 for excellent teachers.
