Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging online one‑on‑one and small‑group English classes for Chinese young learners, focus on oral English practice and interactive classroom activities.
2. Create a positive, relaxed learning atmosphere, encourage students to speak up and build their confidence in English communication.
3. Follow the course outline, adjust teaching pace according to students’ learning level and performance.
4. Give simple feedback to students after class, keep good communication with students.
5. Maintain stable online class schedule, arrive on time for each lesson.
Job Requirements
1. Hold a valid TEFL certificate.
2. Filipino nationality.
3. Stable internet connection and quiet working environment for online teaching.
4. Patient, enthusiastic, responsible and good at communicating with children.
5. Prior online teaching experience is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates without teaching experience are also welcome, as long as you are interested in this position, passionate about teaching and can guarantee the quality of lessons.

Salary & Payment
- Trial class (30 mins): No payment (free for new students).but You will receive a $2 bonus upon successful student conversion after your solo trial class
- Formal class (30 mins): 1.5-2USD per class.

Important note:
After successful trial, students stay with the same teacher. Fixed time slots, most students take classes nearly every day. Most learners study for 1‑2 years for steady working hours.
