Teaching Mode: One-on-one online lessons, 25 or 50 minutes per class

Job Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one online English courses, including daily conversation, kids’ foundational English, business English and adult oral English.
Teach with designated teaching materials and create lively, interactive classes.
Adopt interactive teaching skills (TPR, teaching props, situational guidance) to keep students engaged.
Attend classes punctually, complete lesson preparation and submit after-class feedback.
Maintain a stable teaching schedule and cooperate with teaching quality evaluation.
Daily Work
Teach according to the timetable, mainly during evening peak hours.
Coordinate class scheduling with the operation team.
Job Requirements
Nationality: Philippines (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Working Experience: 0–2years minimum
Hourly rate: $2-$3 per hour
Paid for all completed lessons only
Pay Cycle & Payout
Pay cycle: Monthly (from the 1st to the end of each month)
Payout date: The 20th of each month for the previous month's salary
Additional Requirements
Language: Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent; native-like accent preferred.
Personality: Friendly and approachable, good at interacting with children. Prior in-person teaching experience is a plus.
Equipment: Stable internet connection, quiet teaching environment, computer, headset and webcam.
Proficient in using Tencent Meeting.
