Happy Talk is a budding online English education company with one year of operational experience. Job Duties & Working Rules
1. Provide one-on-one online English tutoring for students aged 4 to 16.
2. Complete teaching with official course materials provided by the company; each regular class lasts 25 minutes.
3. Contract term: 1 year, with a renewable contract upon expiration.
4. Payment is issued monthly on the 20th via Payoneer.
5. All courses are delivered on the Classin teaching platform.
Our company has three functional departments, with corresponding incentive policies for teachers who participate in student recruitment and enrollment conversion work.
Job Requirements
1. Possess at least one year of teaching experience and a valid teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent qualifications are acceptable).
2. Be available to work 4 to 6 days per week with a minimum of 14 fixed working hours during the core peak period (6:00 PM - 9:30 PM Beijing Time, daily). Weekend availability is highly preferred. Teachers must reserve at least 4 consecutive time slots per working day.
Specific rule for 4-day working weeks: At least one working day must fall on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
3. Equipped with stable and high-quality network and equipment: Upload speed of no less than 10Mbps and download speed of no less than 30Mbps; equipped with an Intel Core i5 or higher processor with a processor score above 4000.

4.Attendance & Reliability  Maintain stable attendance and reliable teaching performance, with no frequent unexcused absences or last-minute class cancellations.
