This
teaching position will mainly serve the undergraduate courses in at least two
of the following areas: accounting, financial management, economics, marketing
and management; Use current, student-centered teaching methods and integrate
technology appropriately to business courses learning; candidates are also
expected to develop and revise curriculum, pursue scholarly activities and Participate
in professional development training, mandatory meetings, and complete
administrative tasks required.
English
speaker; Doctor’s Degree in a business-related discipline, leadership,
economics or related area strongly preferred, MBA or equivalent required;
Minimum of 3 years business courses teaching experience; Preference may be
given to individuals with an academic title of lecturer, assistant professor,
associate professor or full professor with relevant experience in teaching at
university level in cross-cultural environment.
The
monthly salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. GCU will
provide a flight reimbursement for international travel expenses with a maximum
of RMB 12000 from North America or RMB 10000 from Europe per year to full-time
instructors and round trip flight up to RMB12000 to part-time instructors. Visa
costs will be reimbursed. Accidental insurance provided for full-time
