Online ESL Teacher to Adults/Kids

Job Responsibility：

As an Online ESL Teacher of Hujiang, the following job duties and responsibilities shall be fulfilled:

1. Conducts 1 on 1 online English classes to adult learners based on the provided   content by the company

2. Check learning progress before class and provides timely feedback to learners afterwards

3. Establishes and maintains rapport, credibility and working relationship with students with the aim to boost their learning confidence and progress

4. Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and in written communication with company operational staff

5. Guarantees schedule on the workbench during mostly needed productive hours (6pm-12am weekdays, 9am-10pm weekends )

6.Makes sure the computer and internet conditions are 100% fit for perfect lesson delivery

Requirements：

1. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

3. is original from Philippines

2. Has at least 2 year experience in ESL teaching to adults

4. Has garnered TEFL/TESOL certificate

Technical Requirements:

1. Computer Hardware Specifications (Minimum Requirements)

- Intel Core i3 or other vendor equivalent

- 4GB RAM or higher

- Windows 7 (64-bit) or later version

- MAC: OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) or later version

2. Noise-cancelling headset

3. Internet Connection

- Video Class: At least 5Mbps Download & Upload speed (Fiber/VDSL)

- Audio Class: At least 5Mbps Download & Upload speed (Fiber/VDSL) or 10Mbps for DSL Internet

4. Camera

- Built-in laptop camera with at least 20fps or;

- External wide-angle camera with at least 20fps

5. Quiet and well-lit workplace
