Native English Teacher

Our school is an independent unit school and it has been since 2002 and it's a large and good-looking building(I'll send you the images to your email once we contact each other/the current building has been a new one since 2009).

And not only that, but because of the history and experience we have been with all the foreign teachers for the last 20 years, we have such a good system and easy-going schedule for you.

The school location is also awesome. It's in a sort of west and south area in Seoul and you'll be surprised that the school is in an incredibly quiet area. Usually, there are a lot of schools located in crowded areas surrounded by the sound of cars and people traffic in Seoul. But our school is absolutely not. 

The house we'll provide for you is near the subway station(Oryu-dong station, line number 1). It's an official and very modern style. It takes about 15 minutes from the house to the school by bus. And of course, it's really convenient to go to all the different sides of Seoul. It takes about 40 minutes to go to both the center of the Gangnam(south) and Gangbuk(north) area by subway. 

Our office hours is 9:30 am to 5:30 pm(Tuesday & Thursday) 6:30 pm(Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

You'll be teaching in the kindergarten every day from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Each class hour is 30 minutes but technically you'll spend about 25 minutes teaching for each class(because there are about 5 minutes of breaks for restroom and water at each class hour).
The lunch hour starts at noon and you'll help the Korean teacher to serve the food for the students between noon and 12:20 pm and you'll have a complete one-hour lunch break from 12:20 to 1: 20 pm.
We provide lunch for you as well every day but you may also get out of the school and get your own lunch from the restaurants. (Some stay inside and some go out/but it's totally up to you).

The afternoon class starts from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm(Tuesday, and Thursday) or 6:30 pm(Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). You will teach age of between 8 to 13 years old.

You'll teach for the age of 5,6,7 years old in the kindergarten(33% for 7 years old/50% for 6 years old/17% for 5 years old)

The good thing about our school is the atmosphere we have between co-workers. We have a total of 7 Korean Female English teachers and they are all from other sides of countries and have been through teenage and University. Therefore, you'll feel comfortable with them and they will help you well too. And we have a total of 4 foreign teachers including you who are also very friendly to each other. 

The basic requirement a criminal background check and a minimum of 4 years of college degree diploma to get an E2 visa.
The salary is between 2.1 million won and 2.5 million won depends on your career and experience.

We provide  one way of air ticket after completing a year's contract. And of course, provide health insurance and severance pay.

The hiring process is 
1. The 1st interview on Skype with me.
2. The second interview on Skype(with our school supervisor).
3. Sign the contract(through email) and follow the step of the document process to arrive in Korea.

You'll need to come to Korea after get an E2 visa at the end of February to start the job in the first week of March 2023.
