Once the following conditions are met, your referred teacher will be considered successful. You can then withdraw your commission from your TeacherRecord wallet for all successful referrals.
A. Your referred teacher successfully joins the company and fulfills the required probation period as stated in the “Reward conditions”.
B. They remain employed without resigning or being terminated before completing the required probation period as stated in the “Reward conditions”.
How can I withdraw my commissions?
You can withdraw your commissions on TeacherRecord Wallet.
Will the referral still be available if the position is fully filled?
If a position is fully filled, the opportunity to refer others for that position and receive a reward for it will no longer be available.
