MagicEars is an online English education company based in Beijing, China. They are looking for teachers from the US and Canada. Either teaching certificate or work experience is required by them. The hourly rate is from $16-$26 USD. The working hours are from 6:30-9:pm Beijing time. The booking depends on the qualification and experience of teachers if they can attract students to book their lessons. Teaching materials and paid training are provided.
Magic Ears was established in 2016, with creative innovation and qualified native English speaking instructors from America and Canada, Magic Ears gives 5-12-year-old kids in China an effective online English learning experience.

Pros:
Pay is higher than most ESL companies, good students, platform easy to use, great opportunity to work from home, no-penalty sick policy
They are so flexible and they really care for their teachers. I also love their training. The platform we use to teach is so fun and engaging.
Magic Ears will do the booking and scheduling for you, instead of booking by the parents.
Cons:
You may start with low bookings in the beginning, this may be discouraging for some. But I urge you to keep opening your availability

Mon - Fri: 6:30pm - 9pm (BJT)
Sat & Sun: 9am - 9pm (BJT)
