About the Position
We are recruiting a full-time English Language Lecturer for an international higher education programme in Chengdu. The successful candidate will teach English to university students aged 18 and above in a communicative, student-centred learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality English language instruction to university students.
* Prepare lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum and academic schedule.
* Design engaging classroom activities that promote communicative competence.
* Assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
* Provide timely feedback and academic support.
* Participate in academic meetings and other teaching-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Native English speaker from an English-speaking country.
* Master’s degree or above in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
* Previous experience teaching English at the university level is preferred.
* Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
* Passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an international academic environment.
